This Crypto Payments Policy applies to all cryptocurrency transactions made on GlowKultur, operated by GlowKultur LTD, Dingolfinger Str. 1581673, München, Germany. Contact: beauty@glowkultur.eu

1. Supported payment methods

We accept cryptocurrency payments via supported wallets including Phantom, MetaMask, Trust Wallet, Rabby, Rainbow, OKX Wallet, and over 480 additional wallets via WalletConnect.

2. Currency & settlement

  • All crypto payments are processed in USDC (USD Coin)
  • Funds received are automatically converted to EUR
  • Prices displayed on the Website are always shown in EUR

3. Transaction confirmation

A crypto payment is considered completed only after confirmation on the blockchain. Once confirmed, transactions are final and irreversible.

4. Refunds & returns

In case of an approved refund, the refunded amount will be issued in EUR using the original order value at checkout. We do not refund in cryptocurrency.

5. Fees & exchange rates

  • Network (gas) fees are determined by the blockchain network and are outside our control
  • Exchange rates are applied automatically at the time of transaction processing
  • GlowKultur is not responsible for rate fluctuations

6. Security

  • We do not store private keys, seed phrases, or wallet credentials
  • All transactions are executed via secure blockchain protocols
  • You are responsible for ensuring correct wallet addresses and confirmations

7. Compliance

Crypto payments are processed in compliance with applicable EU regulations, including AML and KYC requirements imposed by our payment partners where applicable.
