1. Your EU consumer rights (14-day right of withdrawal)
If you are a consumer located in the European Union or EEA, you have the right to withdraw from a distance purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day you or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier) acquires physical possession of the goods.
2. How to exercise your right of withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us before the 14-day period expires by contacting us at:

3. Return conditions
Returned products must:
- be unused, unopened, and in their original condition and packaging;
- include all accessories, seals, and labels intact; and
- be returned in suitable protective packaging.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions, where permitted by law.
4. Hygiene and health protection exception (cosmetics)
In accordance with EU consumer protection law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed after delivery, including cosmetics, skincare, haircare, and beauty products.
If the protective seal has been broken or the product has been used, the item cannot be returned or refunded, unless it is faulty or incorrect.
5. Return shipping costs
Unless the return is due to a fault, damage, or incorrect item, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
6. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned goods:
- We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods (or proof of return).
- Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
- Where required by law, we will also refund the standard outbound delivery cost.
7. Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items
If you receive a product that is:
- faulty,
- damaged during transit, or
- different from what you ordered,
please contact us at beauty@glowkultur.eu within 48 hours of delivery, including photos where possible.
In these cases:
- return shipping costs will be covered by GlowKultur; and
- you will be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with EU consumer law.
8. Late or missing refunds
If you have not received a refund:
- Check your bank or payment provider
- Contact your card issuer or payment service

9. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to receive a different product, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
10. Gifts
If an item was marked as a gift:
- refunds will be issued to the original purchaser’s payment method;
- store credit may be offered at our discretion.
11. Abuse and excessive returns
We reserve the right to refuse returns or limit future orders if we reasonably suspect misuse of the returns policy, in accordance with applicable law.
