This Cashback Policy explains how cashback works on GlowKultur (“we”, “us”). Cashback is offered as store credit for future purchases and is not redeemable for cash.

2. Eligibility

• Cashback is available on eligible purchases made by customers with an account.
• Cashback is calculated from the product subtotal (excluding shipping, taxes, gift cards, and any non-eligible items).
• We may exclude certain products, promotions, or categories at any time (e.g., heavily discounted clearance).

3. How cashback is calculated

Cashback = eligible product subtotal × 0,5%. Amounts are rounded according to our system settings. Displayed estimates may vary slightly at checkout.

4. Pending and available cashback

• Cashback may appear as Pending after purchase.
• Cashback becomes Available once the order is verified (e.g., after dispatch and/or after the return window, depending on your store setup).

5. Returns, refunds, cancellations

• If an order is cancelled or refunded, related cashback will be removed or adjusted.
• Partial returns reduce cashback proportionally to the returned items.
• If cashback was already used, we may deduct the equivalent value from the refund or from your available cashback balance.

6. Using cashback

• Cashback can be used as store credit on eligible purchases.
• Cashback cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.
• Cashback may not be used to purchase gift cards unless explicitly stated.

7. Expiry

Unless otherwise stated, cashback may expire after a period of inactivity or after a fixed time. Current expiry period: 12 mois à compter de la date à laquelle le remboursement devient disponible.

8. Abuse and restrictions

• We may suspend or cancel cashback benefits if we reasonably suspect abuse, fraud, or policy violations.
