We offer delivery to multiple regions. Exact options and the most accurate ETA for your address will be shown at checkout. The timeframes below are general guidance.

- Standard: typically 2–10 business days
- Tracked: typically 2–6 business days
- Express: typically 1–3 business days
UK, Switzerland, Norway (non-EU Europe)
- Standard/Tracked: typically 4–12 business days
- Express: typically 2–5 business days

3. Dispatch, tracking & split shipments
- Once dispatched, you will receive a shipment confirmation (typically by email) with tracking information where available.
- Depending on your order contents and warehouse logistics, your order may be shipped in multiple parcels. If so, you may receive multiple tracking numbers.
- If an item is out of stock or delayed, we may ship available items first and follow with the remaining items, or we may cancel and refund the unavailable item(s).
4. Customs, duties & taxes
For deliveries outside the European Union, or to destinations where customs clearance is required, your parcel may be subject to import duties, taxes, handling fees, or other charges imposed by local authorities.
- Unless explicitly stated at checkout, these charges are the customer’s responsibility.
- We cannot predict or control customs fees or clearance times.
- Customs may require additional information from you (e.g., identification or payment of charges) before releasing the parcel.
5. Failed delivery & incorrect address
Please ensure your delivery address is correct and complete at checkout. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt(s), refusal to accept delivery, or uncollected parcel, we may:
- deduct return shipping and handling costs from any refund (where permitted by law), and/or
- charge additional shipping fees to resend the order.
6. Delays, loss & damaged parcels
Delays
If your order is delayed beyond the expected timeframe, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier. During peak periods, carriers may take longer than usual.
Lost shipments
If tracking indicates your parcel may be lost, please contact us at beauty@glowkultur.eu. We will open a carrier investigation and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund in line with applicable consumer law.
Damaged parcels
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 heures of delivery and include photos of: (i) the outer packaging, (ii) the shipping label, and (iii) the damaged item(s). This helps us resolve issues quickly with the carrier.
